Roaming Pete

Inland Maine is a treasure. We didn't run out of things to do. Went hiking on Moose Mountain, Lily State Park and Elephant Mountain where there is the remains of a plane that crashed (I think the same year I was born). I couldn't believe that all the wreckage is still there. Jeff had told us about it but I really did not expect to see so much.

The Greenville Inn was the perfect match for us. Room 25 is by itself and had a really comfortable bed. I emailed the owners to find out where they got such a soft blanket. They said they have a lot of repeat guests--we are going to join that group!
